How To Uninstall | Pluckeye

Uninstalling is similar in all operating systems, but does depend on what version of Pluckeye you have installed. These instructions assume you are using Chrome, but other browsers should be similar.

If you want to install, see how-to-install.

Pluck v1.0

  1. Click the Pluckeye button.
  2. Click “config”.
  3. Click the “delay” button and set the delay to 0 seconds.
  4. Wait until the delay expires.
  5. Click “uninstall” (on the same page where you changed the delay).

Pluckeye v0.99

  1. Click the Pluckeye button.
  2. Click “Settings”.
  3. On the Settings page, set the delay to 0.
  4. Wait until the delay expires.
  5. Click “Uninstall”.

Via a console

Alternatively, you can uninstall using the uninstall command in a console window (regardless of your operating system). First set your delay to 0, like this:

  pluck delay 0

Then wait for your old delay to elapse so that your new delay takes effect. You can confirm that this has happened by running:

  pluck delay

Then run the uninstall command:

  pluck uninstall
